Home remodeling
in Scottsdale, AZ

Kitchens, bathrooms, whole homes and casitas across Scottsdale, scoped in writing and priced before demolition.

From 1960s ranches to desert contemporaries.

Scottsdale homes span decades: the 1950s and 1960s ranch homes of south Scottsdale, the master-planned neighborhoods of McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch, and the larger desert contemporary and Santa Fe style homes in North Scottsdale communities like DC Ranch, Troon and Desert Mountain.

Each era remodels differently. Older ranch homes often need updated electrical and plumbing behind the new finishes, while newer homes in planned communities usually bring HOA design review for anything visible from outside.

Permits and HOAs, handled up front.

Most Scottsdale remodels that move plumbing, electrical or walls need a City of Scottsdale permit, and many neighborhoods add HOA design review on top. Both go on the schedule before demolition so neither one stalls the job.

Remodeling in Scottsdale: questions

Do you remodel homes in North Scottsdale?

Yes. We work across Scottsdale, from the older neighborhoods in the south to the North Scottsdale communities, as well as Phoenix, Paradise Valley and Cave Creek.

Do I need a permit to remodel in Scottsdale?

If the work moves plumbing, electrical or walls, plan on a City of Scottsdale permit. Permits and inspections are part of our scope, not something you have to chase.

My HOA has architectural review. Can you work with it?

Yes. Tell us at the consultation. Anything visible from outside, like windows, doors, shade structures or hardscape, usually needs approval first, and the schedule allows for it.

How is a Scottsdale remodel priced?

After a walkthrough you get a written scope and a fixed price, so the number only changes if the scope does.
